1. Educational products — not legal advice

The materials sold and distributed by Abusaeed Abdullah Irfan (the "Packets") — including documents, guides, checklists, and presentations — are educational products. They are not legal advice, and their purchase or use does not create an attorney-client relationship with any purchaser or user.

Estate planning is governed by the laws of your specific state, and your situation may involve facts that require individualized counsel. For advice about your particular circumstances, consult an attorney licensed in your state.

2. State-specific limitations

Each Packet is prepared for the state identified on its sales page and is verified against that state's statutes at the time of preparation. Laws change, and the Packet is not a substitute for current legal research or professional review. If you use a Packet outside the state for which it was prepared, you do so at your own risk.

3. No guarantees

No outcome is guaranteed. In particular, no Packet guarantees creditor protection, tax results, probate avoidance, or any other legal consequence. The effectiveness of any estate plan depends on the facts, the timing of transfers, applicable law, and how the documents are completed, signed, recorded, and funded.

4. Done-For-You preparation

The Done-For-You plan is a preparation service: you provide your details, and we prepare the document set described on the sales page and coordinate the steps (including deed recording). Preparation is offered only for the states where we operate — Texas, Arizona, and Florida — and your state is confirmed at checkout. The educational disclaimers in Section 1 do not convert the Done-For-You plan into legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed through any purchase.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for completing, signing, notarizing (where required), recording, and funding the documents in accordance with the instructions, and for verifying the information you provide is accurate and complete. Red-marked values are placeholders that must be replaced with accurate information.

6. Refund policy

Digital packets carry a 30-day guarantee: if the Packet does not meet your needs, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. Done-For-You preparation is refundable within 30 days only if preparation has not yet begun.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of the Packets.

8. Privacy

Information you submit through this website — including contact forms and orders — is used solely to respond to you and to fulfil your order. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required to process payments.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page.
